Kim Kardashian and North West were “polite and gracious” while dining at a revered restaurant in Rome, Italy, over the weekend — despite spurring online discourse about the 12-year-old’s outfit choice.
The mother-daughter duo, along with two of Kardashian’s close gal pals, dined on authentic Italian dishes in a private corner table at Pierluigi in the charming Piazza de’ Ricci last Saturday, an inside source exclusively tells Page Six.
We’re told patrons were “caught off guard” when flashes from paparazzi cameras started going off as Kardashian and her group arrived on the scene.

We’re told Kardashian and North dined on traditional antipasto, including zucchini flowers, caprese salad, prosciutto and melon and tuna tartare, followed by four plates of paccheri pasta with fresh cherry tomatoes and basil.

Internet users immediately blasted Kardashian for allowing her daughter to wear a bustier.
