Brooke Hogan has broken her silence after being left out of dad Hulk Hogan’s will two months after his death.
“His decision is no surprise to me,” Brooke, 37, told TMZ on Thursday, September 11, of her late father’s choice not to name her as a beneficiary. “It’s what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets.”
She added, “My dad knows I’m a hard worker and I have been surviving without his money for a long, long time.”
Us Weekly has reached out to Brooke’s rep for comment.
Hulk died on July 24 at the age of 71 after suffering a heart attack. Two months later, Us confirmed that Brooke’s brother, Nick Hogan, filed court documents on Tuesday, September 9, revealing that Brooke is not listed as a beneficiary of their father’s $5 million estate.
In the documents, Nick, 35, asked to be named a co-personal representative of Hulk’s (real name Terry Bollea) estate, alongside a man named Terry McCoy.

The filing revealed that Hulk’s estate consists of $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal property and intellectual property valued at $4 million.
The documents also noted an unknown value for a potential medical malpractice lawsuit.
TMZ previously reported that Hulk’s widow, Sky Daily, planned to file a malpractice lawsuit over the surgery he had shortly before his death.
(Hulk was previously married to Brooke and Nick’s mother, Linda Hogan, from 1983 to 2009.
He was then married to Jennifer McDaniel from 2010 to 2021, before walking down the aisle with Daily, 47, in 2023.)
In Tuesday’s filing, Nick claimed that the late WWE wrestler created his will in 2016.
Hulk reportedly amended it in 2017, 2021, 2022 and 2023. The final amendment is when Hulk removed Brooke and her family from the will, per docs obtained by Us.
“Under no circumstances shall Brooke E. Bollea or any descendants of Brooke E.
Bollea be considered a beneficiary or my last will and testament, and any reference in this last will and testament to my children or lineal descendants shall not include Brooke E.
Bollea and the descendants of Brooke E. Bollea,” the filing, dated July 28, 2023, read.
Hulk also outlined that Brooke and her family — she shares twins Oliver and Molly, 7 months, with husband Steven Oleksy — were not to serve as representatives of his estate.
While Hulk’s will update may come as a surprise to some, Brooke said she was the one who asked to be left out following her ups and downs with him.
(The father and daughter were estranged at the time of his death.)
“I just know how my family is,” Brooke told TMZ in an interview published on August 6.
“I’ve seen how certain members of my family go after money. And I see how they fight over money. And how they turn on each other over money.”
She recalled, “And I said, ‘If and when my dad dies, this is going to be — pardon my French — a s***show.’
And I want no part of it because I’ve already had to witness my dad go through 15 years of legal battles. Depositions. Our whole life has been lawsuits.”
Brooke noted, “All I wanna do is be at the beach with my babies and my husband and do my own thing. Leave me alone. Like, that’s all I want.”
