A FORMER Super Bowl champion with the Kansas City Chiefs was spotted in the middle of outrageous scenes at a UFL game.

The former Chiefs wide receiver made his UFL debut with the Birmingham Stallions on Friday night at its 2026 season opener.

He ended up pulling in the game-winning touchdown against the Louisville Kings but his evening won’t be remembered for that.

Two-time Super Bowl winner Justyn Ross was seen lashing out at a fan and throwing a drink at them at half time of the game.

Wild scenes sparked when the former Clemson Tigers standout and his teammates walked back to the locker room.

Their route back took them past what appears to be a Louisville Kings fan beverage area with only a half-wall and short glass divider between them.

A video taken and shared on X showed the Stallions players walking through the area being greeted by loud boos from Kings fans.

While most of the players kept their cool and some took it in their stride in a joking manner, Ross let frustrations get the better of him.

He appears to suddenly snap mid-walk as he takes his helmet off and confronts the fans to his right.

It’s unclear what was said between Ross and one particular fan, but it was apparently enough for the former NFL wideout to then swipe the fan’s drink and launch it at them.

Ross had to be physically restrained by a member of staff before another fan retaliated by launching their own drink at him.

That then sparked a melee in very ugly scenes at the Lynn Family Stadium as the players almost spilled over into the fan area.

Fans on social media were quick to comment on the incident, with many referencing the poor layout.

One fan wrote on X, “Terrible setup! Just asking for issues when you have visiting players walking that closely to drinking fans. Somebody didn’t think that one thru!”

Another poster questioned ‘fan safety’ after what happened with Michigan Panthers player Samson Nacua, brother of NFL star Puka, and a St Louis Battlehawks fan last year.

Nacua was seen in a verbal altercation with the Battlehawks fan that turned physical as he appeared to then slap the fan.

Ross spent three years with the Chiefs between 2022 and 2024 having been signed as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Clemson.

He won the Super Bowl in 2022 and 2023 but was waived ahead of the 2025 season after only a handful of games in Chiefs colors.
