The first two of the charges have been listed as third-degree felonies.

Florida State has since confirmed that McAneney has been suspended from all team activities.

McAneney could be seen looking bloodied with a swollen lip in his mugshot.

He was booked on March 18, according to Broward County records, and no expected release date is available.

McAneney is a sophomore transfer from Quincy University, a D-II program.

He converted seven of 10 field goal attempts last season.

McAneney also handled kickoff duties at Quincy University.

Florida State found itself in a tough kicking situation last season.

The team’s kicker, Jake Weinberg, only converted 63.2 percent of his kicks.

It was the worst field goal percentage in the ACC and the third-worst among Power Four schools.

If McAneney is removed from the team, Florida State will be in desperate need of a new kicker.
