JULIO Jones is training to become a professional bowler.

The former NFL star, 37, has been posting several clips from his training to Instagram.

Jones, 37, announced his retirement from football in April last year.

The legendary wide receiver was twice first team All-Pro and a Pro Bowler seven times.

He has now turned his attention to an upcoming bowling event.

And according to MLFootball, Jones has spent $20,000 on improving his game.

 

 

 

The former Atlanta Falcon is set to be one of 100 participants in the Squad Bowl Invitational on March 29.

With the event taking place in Atlanta, Jones will compete for a $10,000 prize.

Posting a video to his Instagram page, Jones revealed how hard he has been working ahead of the event.

“I told yall im training every day for this bowling tournament,” he began.

 

 

 

“Breaking in my new ball and learning how how to manipulate these lanes.

“Who are you bringing to compete for this $10,000 prize?”

In a further post, he added, “Jones don’t play when it comes to preparation.

“Practicing every day this week and I needed some new tools.”
