The 30-year-old’s NFL star husband is also battling back against injury

BRITTANY Mahomes has shown off her fitness transformation – just two years after declaring she had a “broken back”.

The mega-fit wife of NFL star Patrick Mahomes hit the gym earlier this week to bench some huge weights.

Brittany, 30, married the Kansas City Chiefs superstar in a lavish Hawaiian wedding in 2022.

The pair have three children, with son Bronze recently celebrating his third birthday.

It was after his arrival that Brittany shared a shock health update to her 2.1 million Instagram followers.

“Once you have kids please take care of your pelvic floor,” she wrote, signing off the post as a “girl with a fractured back.”

Brittany has since welcomed another child – Golden Raye – with Patrick in early 2025.

And her tireless work in the gym looks to be paying off.

In a clip shared by Brittany’s fitness trainer Kirsty Rae, the Sports Illustrated model is seen lifting an impressive weight on her back.

“A year and a half ago, rehabbing a broken back meant severe pain and limited movement,” Rae captioned the clip.

Now, almost a year postpartum and progressively getting stronger every week.

Proof that the body is capable of incredible things when you meet it with patience and intentional training.”

“So proud of you @brittanylynne,” she added.

“I’m still in the gym,” Brittany told PEOPLE earlier this year when asked about her injury.

“I’m finally, I think, fully recovered and back to doing the things that I’ve always been able to do.

“I’m staying on top of my health, and being active and healthy for my kids and my dogs is super important to me.”

Chiefs star Mahomes is currently rehabbing after suffering an ACL tear last month.

The two-time MVP underwent surgery on December 15 but is already plotting his comeback for next season.

“He’s doing great for just being three weeks out,” Chiefs coach Andy Reid said.

“He’ll go ahead and most likely stay up here rehabbing.

“He has a lot of trust in her [Chiefs athletic trainer Julie Frymyer]. He’s been in there grinding.

“I think that’ll just continue until we get started again, not that he won’t take a break.

“Right now he’s in that early process where you have to hit it hard, which is not necessarily a fun thing to do.

“The important thing is that you keep upbeat and keep coming back for more, and he’s been doing that.”
