CHAOS erupted during the Jacksonville Jaguars’ game against the Tennessee Titans as a massive brawl on the sideline saw punches throw and a helmet knocked off.
The Jaguars ran out with a crushing 25-3 victory at the Nissan Stadium in Nashville to an 8-4 record, while the Titans fell to a seventh defeat in a row and 11th of the season.
A huge brawl erupted between the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Tennessee Titans.
It came after a heavy hit on Trevor Lawrence from Arden Key at the end of the second quarter.
But just before half-time, with the score 15-3 to the visitors, the frustrations of facing another defeat boiled over.
Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence was smashed into by pass rusher Arden Key near the sideline.
It was supposed to be the final play of the half as Lawrence threw the ball out of bounds, but the heavy whack from Key opened the door to crazy scenes involving both sides and the officials.
Plenty of shoving was seen during the altercation after Jaguars’ star Aaron Harrison took exception to Key’s overzealous move.
The pair were seen squaring up and a helmet was seen flying off as people from both sides tried to separate the massive scuffle.
Before players could run to the locker rooms, Key was flagged for roughing the passer and unnecessary roughness.
However, no ejections were dished out.
The penalty allowed Cam Little to convert from 45 yards to tack on three more points for a 15-point game as the clock struck zero for the half.
Remarkably, a second fight then broke out in the fourth quarter.
By now, the Jaguars had cruised into a 25-3 lead, but with 11:30 left on the clock a second fight was seen after Chimere Dike had gained a small yardage from a punt.
Officials were once again forced to field the flags again.
Fortunately, this incident was more low-key than the one seen in the first half and there were once again no ejections.
Speaking after the game, Titans coach Mike McCoy said, “Yeah, it’s sloppy.
“You look at the whole thing, you have 10 penalties, two turnovers, some big plays were given up.
“We weren’t very good on third down offensively, where that’s where we had been better the past couple weeks.
“I think it was 2-of-12 or whatever. That’s never going to be good enough. So there’s a lot of things—it was a sloppy game all around.”

Guard Peter Skoronski added, “It was a big step back.
“It was a pretty rough performance, I think we all saw that.
“We have to look at everything and figure it out.”
