Lane Kiffin’s daughter showed what took place behind the scenes of the family’s recent trip to Baton Rouge for the new LSU football coach’s introductory press conference on Monday.
In a TikTok video, Landry Kiffin, who is a sophomore at Ole Miss, and her boyfriend, junior LSU linebacker Whit Weeks, traveled to Baton Rouge, where he met her mother, Layla Kiffin, for the first time.
“I’m going to Baton Rouge first for the press conference and then leaving out of New Orleans to go to New York,” Landry said.
“New York in December is my favorite trip of the whole year, and this year Whit is going with me, and he’s never been, so it’s going to be so fun.”
Elsewhere in the video, patriarch Kiffin is seen posing for photos with LSU President Dr. Wade Rousse and Athletics Director Verge Ausberry at the South Stadium Club at Tiger Stadium.
Landry, Weeks and her 16-year-old brother, Knox, who was also at the press conference, enjoyed lunch at Walk-Ons in Baton Rouge.

The rest of the vlog shows Landry and Weeks arriving at a hotel in New York City.
Landry and Weeks, who went public with their relationship in September, visited the showroom for Vuori, an activewear brand, as seen in a separate TikTok.
The couple also took in the Rangers’ 3-2 overtime win against the Dallas Stars at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday.

Before that, Landry trolled “angry football fans” who were upset that her dad bolted from Ole Miss to take the head coach job at LSU.
“Wish I could be as creative as angry football fans,” she wrote in text over the video, adding a heart hands emoji.
Landry, who lifted her sunglasses and held up a peace sign, used the hashtag, “it’s not that deep,” in her caption.

She also liked a bunch of comments defending her father’s decision to leave the Rebels, currently on the cusp of the College Football Playoff, after six years at the helm.
Kiffin announced Sunday he was taking his talents to the SEC rival, two days after the Rebels’ 38-19 Egg Bowl victory over Mississippi State.
He agreed to a seven-year contract with LSU that will pay him $13 million annually.
Ole Miss defensive coordinator Pete Golding was promoted to coach the 11-1 Rebels permanently.
It’s unclear if Landry will transfer to LSU.
