Jones took to Instagram on Wednesday to pen a lengthy statement, declaring she is “so tired of keeping quiet.”
She uploaded 14 pictures appearing to show cuts and bruises to her body, as well as damage to furniture in her home.
Jones did not name Rice or any other person in the post.
“The club is aware of the allegations on social media and is in communication with the National Football League,” the Chiefs wrote in a statement on Wednesday evening.
“We have no further comment at this time.”
The Chiefs also did not specify that the allegations involve Rice.
Jones alleged the abuse took place in Overland Park, Kansas and Dallas, Texas.
She has yet to file a police report in either, per ESPN.
Rice missed the first six games of the NFL season following his role in a Dallas highway crash in 2024.
Multiple people were injured during the incident, with Rice fleeing the six-vehicle pile-up on foot.
Rice later pleaded guilty in district court to two third-degree felony charges.
He was charged with collision involving serious bodily injury and racing on a highway causing bodily injury.
The star wideout was sentenced to 30 days in jail and five years’ probation.
The NFL suspended Rice six games for violating the league’s personal conduct policy.
The league has declined to comment on Jones’ allegations, per TMZ.
Rice’s attorney Royce West spoke to the outlet and confirmed his client had “not been arrested or charged for domestic violence.”
A second round pick in 2023, Rice took 53 catches for 571 yards and 5 touchdowns this season.
He returned to action in Week 7 but was unable to help the Chiefs reach the postseason.
The former Southern Methodist University star apologized for his role in the Dallas crash days after his sentence.
“There have been a lot of sleepless nights thinking about the damages that my actions caused, and I will continue working within my means to make sure that everyone impacted will be made whole,” Rice wrote on instagram.
“I urge everyone to mind the speed limit, drive safe and drive smart.”
