Commanders cornerback Marshon Lattimore was arrested on charges of carrying concealed weapons and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle in Lakewood, Ohio on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, according to police records.
Lattimore was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for expired license plates and other traffic violations, Lakewood police told 3News.
Police said Lattimore was arrested because he did not inform the officer that a firearm was inside the vehicle when asked.

The four-time Pro Bowl cornerback suffered a season-ending ACL injury in Washington 38-14 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Nov. 2.
In November 2021, Lattimore pleaded guilty to carrying a concealed weapon in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court after he was pulled over during a traffic stop while in the passenger’s seat.
Lattimore was placed on one year of non-reporting probation.
