Spike Lee also appeared on First Take and gave the camera an The Office-style look
The pair were promoting their new film, Highest 2 Lowest.

And the A-list star of Training Day fame got a little overexcited in the studio as he called out Cowboys chief Jones.

He shouted down the camera, “There’s box office and there’s Oscars, Jerry.

“It’s been a while, you’ve been to the show you wouldn’t know.

“I love the Cowboys! I really love them and this is why I feel the way I feel.

“All money ain’t good money, Jerry.”

It’s unclear exactly what Washington was referring to in his rant.

Jones is currently locked in a contract standoff with defensive superstar Micah Parsons.

But fans loved Denzel’s passion and wish he was a regular guest.
