Following the game, Chessa Bouche posted on X about her alleged altercation with an ESPN cameraman.
She said, “To the ESPN camera guy who shoved me after the game because I was in your way.
“All you had to do was say something, not physically put your hands on a female who is half your size.
“There’s a thing called mutual respect in this industry and I’m solo doing the work of multiple people while y’all have crews for every game.
“Maybe next time just say ‘Hey, move’. Do better, man!”Many fans condemned the cameraman’s apparent behaviour and came to the defence of Bouche.
One fan commented, “This is a BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG problem that nobody barely speaks about, so for one, hell yeah.
“There’s a huge superiority and entitlement with big outlets in sports.”
Another replied, “Shouldn’t be touching ANYONE! Just because you have ‘right of way’ doesn’t mean you pull rank.
“Had some guy at a high school tournament yank me back by my camera battery last year. Things would have gotten ugly if he pulled it out.”

However, some people weren’t pleased with Bouche’s comments.Someone wrote, “As a female camera operator, I can tell you that in the heat of the post-game scrum, there is no distinguishing between females or males.
“Everyone is out there to do their job in the chaos.
“Take your frustration out on the fact that Clemson allows the students to rush the field.”
Bouche completed her bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Ole Miss, before graduating with a master’s from Louisiana State in 2014.

Clemson were 10-3 up at halftime, but two unanswered touchdowns gave LSU the victory. They took the lead for the first time in the final quarter after the defence shut them out in the second half.
