John Harbaugh gave a sweet nod to his wife Ingrid during his introductory press conference as the head coach of the Giants on Tuesday.

The Super Bowl-winning coach, who sported a blue suit and red tie, introduced his wife and joked that she didn’t have to join him on the stage.

“Ingrid is ready to go too,” Harbaugh said while explaining his plan is “to win every game” with Big Blue. “We’re fired up.”

Harbaugh gushed over his wife, calling her a “fighter” for always supporting him.

“This profession is crazy,” he said. “You live a lifetime in a season in the National Football League. The things that you go through, the ups and the downs and the emotional rollercoaster.

“… It’s not just you. It’s your family. Your wife is with you every step of the way and more. She’ll tell me, ‘You’re not out there hearing it every single day, you get to go to your office and you don’t have to listen to anything.’ She’s out there fighting, she’s out there fending them off. So, I appreciate that. I got a fighter for a wife … I’m very proud of that. I’m very happy with that.”

Ingrid was sitting with her in-laws, Jackie and Jack.

Harbaugh said their daughter, Allison, couldn’t make it to the press conference because she had class.

“Our daughter Allison … she’s at law school trying to survive,” he quipped.

“I have the most amazing wife and daughter, and it’s just the three of us. The three peas in a pod, that’s what we call ourselves, and its just incredible.”

John and Ingrid met when he was a graduate assistant football coach under his father, Jack, at Western Michigan.

Ingrid was working in the team’s baseball office as an undergrad student at the time.

Harbaugh said that he will start interviewing for coordinators positions and coaches Wednesday.

“[We’ll interview candidates] all across the league,” Harbaugh said. “We will build the very best coaching staff we can.”

When asked by The Post’s Paul Schwartz about his change of scenery, following 18 seasons in Baltimore, Harbaugh said: “The skyline is a lot different, I noticed that right away. No two places are ever the same.

“… We’re gonna take everyone of those things we meet head-on and do the best we can with it every single day.”

The Ravens parted ways with Harbaugh after he finished the 2025 season with an 8-9 record and missed the postseason for the first time since 2021.
