Before the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Los Angeles Chargers for their 2025 season opener, tight end Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift announced their engagement to the world.
While the famous couple prepares to tie the knot, TMZ confirmed they’ve yet to officially move in together. “While Taylor and Travis each have their own digs, there’s no current joint love nest on paper… at least not yet,” the outlet reported.
Kelce owns a $6 million mansion in Leawood, Kansas, which is where he got down on one knee and proposed to the 35-year-old pop star.
Swift’s real estate portfolio is worth up to $80 million, according to Page Six. She owns estates in Nashville, Beverly Hills, and Rhode Island, along with a massive townhome in Manhattan.
Before the couple announced their plan to marry, Cleveland Scene reported they went house shopping while visiting Kelce’s hometown in July.
“Multiple sources have confirmed to Scene that Swift and Kelce visited at least two opulent homes currently for sale in Northeast Ohio’s tony eastside suburbs,” the outlet noted.
According to Deuxmoi, however, Swift, who’s worth an estimated $1.6 billion, plunked down eight figures on a new property elsewhere.

Deuxmoi reported on Monday, September 1, “We have a major new update to add to their rumored real estate profile! A Deuxmoi reader submitted a tip last week, shedding light on a location we had previously speculated about: Montana.
“According to our source, they have it on ‘good authority’ that Taylor Swift has purchased a 160-acre ranch at the Yellowstone Club for a cool $35 million.
This is a significant addition to the couple’s alleged portfolio, especially now that they will be getting married.”
Back in March, DeuxMoi reported Swift and Kelce were spotted at the exclusive Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana.
No photos emerged for the trip; however, the outlet noted they were seen with Fox Sports analyst Erin Andrews.
Kelce confirmed the report on July 24, posting photos with Swift for the first time on Instagram. He captioned the post, “Had some adventures this offseason, kept it 💯.”
Several pictures emerged from Kelce and the 14-time Grammy winner’s trip to Big Sky with Andrews and fellow NFL analyst Charissa Thompson, along with their respective partners, Jarret Stoll and Steve Cundari.
Andrews and Thompson gushed over the epic couple’s trip on their podcast, “Calm Down,” after Kelce shared the photos.

During her podcast debut on “New Heights” last month, Swift couldn’t help but joke about all the rumors swirling about her relationship with Kelce.
The Chiefs star’s co-host and brother, Jason Kelce, asked if she could “confirm or deny” speculation over the singer making a secret appearance alongside her fiancé as the bear in the movie, “Happy Gilmore 2.”
“I can deny!” Swift answered. “This is one of those ones where, like, we’ll send it to each other and be like, ‘Hey, did you hear I was the bear in there?’
And he’s like, ‘Yeah, did you hear we bought a house in Lake Como?’ At this point, we’re just like, of course they think I’m inside of a bear costume.”
