Cowboys offensive lineman Cooper Beebe was furious over a video the Chargers posted this week, insisting their social media team’s edit of the footage made him “seem racist.”
The clip was posted on Los Angeles’ X account following the Chargers’ 34-17 victory over Dallas and featured Beebe making calls at the line of scrimmage with a mic’d-up linebacker Daiyan Henley set up across from him.
After Beebe shouted and was later penalized for a false start, Henley accused the Dallas center of saying “bad words.” Henley then alleged the flag against Beebe was “karma.”

Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman Cooper Beebe took to his X page to insist he said nothing offensive in the wake of the Chargers’ social media post.

Cooper Beebe joined the Cowboys after being picked in the third round of the 2024 NFL Draft.
It’s not clear what Beebe actually said, as the Chargers censored his words in the video, but in a response to the X post, Beebe wrote he did not utter anything offensive.
“Literally said ‘R Hole?’” Beebe said. “That’s our call vs. Abby front. Imagine bleeping out what I said to make me seem racist. You guys are POS, @chargers.”
Beebe’s post, as well as the Chargers’ one, have both since been deleted.
Beebe — the Cowboys’ third-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft — played in 93 percent of Dallas’ offensive snaps on Sunday, helping pave the way for a Cowboys squad that racked up 340 total yards.

Cooper Beebe has started 25 games for the Dallas Cowboys since he joined the team out of Kansas State in 2024.
The Cowboys’ loss moved them to 6-8-1 on the season. They’ll play next on Christmas in a road matchup with the Commanders, though nothing’s on the line, as both teams have been eliminated from playoff contention.
