DRAKE MAYE’s wife, Ann Michael, is looking forward after a horrible Super Bowl defeat for the New England Patriots.
Sunday saw them crushed 29-13 by the Seattle Seahawks, with Maye dropping one of his worst performances of the season.

The pair married in 2025, starting a good year for the quarterback
But Ann Michael is keen to move on from the game and take the positives from the year.
She wrote on Instagram: “Not how we wanted it to end but still thanking God for this incredible season.
“We are blessed to be surrounded by such an amazing group of people, who made this season what it was.
“This is only the beginning!!”
Maye, 23, and Ann Michael married in 2025 after being together since childhood.
That proved to be a good start to his year with the Patriots going all the way to the Super Bowl yet again.
The quarterback, completing his second year, got into the Pro Bowl yet again but had to be replaced due to the team’s success.
He was third overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft and kicked on after his rookie season to earn consideration for the MVP award.
Despite a great season, Maye struggled in the playoffs and had a Super Bowl to forget
Maye completed 397 of 569 passes in 2025, all improvements on his 2024 stats.
He also recorded almost double the passing yards, hitting 4,927, throwing for 35 touchdowns.
The North Carolina star had a shocker against the Seahawks, only landing 27 of 43 passes for 295 yards.
Although he threw two touchdowns, he also had two interceptions and got returned for a pick-six.
Maye was sacked six times and lost a fumble too.
Speaking afterwards, he admitted that things had not gone to plan.
Maye said: “I’d like to go back to the beginning and redo it
“Appreciate the fans, their support.
“I know I didn’t play as well as I would’ve liked down the stretch
“I think you can use it as a learning experience.
“It’s an experience I’ll have a chance to remember for the rest of my career, the rest of my life.
“But it’s a chance to go and battle back from something that didn’t go your way, you wish would’ve gone different.
“Gives you fuel to remember that and it gives you something to work for.”
