Fox NFL broadcaster Erin Andrews shared an update directly from coach Nick Sirianni

PHILADELPHIA Eagles coach Nick Sirianni and wide receiver AJ Brown were seen squaring up on the sideline.

The shocking scene unfolded after a furious disagreement between the pair during Sunday’s playoff game against the San Francisco 49ers.

Fox’s broadcast showed Sirianni running down the sideline in anger.

And it was later revealed his fury was directed at wide receiver Brown.

The pair went eyeball to eyeball as coaches were forced to intervene and separate the pair.

Brown continued to make his point as he was ushered back to the bench.

The incident happened just before halftime in the wild card loss against the 49ers.

The Fox NFL Sunday crew broke down the incident at halftime with host Curt Menefee calling it “turmoil” on the Eagles sideline.

But commentator Tom Brady played down the exchange and said Sirianni was just firing Brown up.

“They have a great relationship,” Brady said on the game broadcast.

“It’s two great competitors in the heat of the moment.

“They know how much they care for each other and maybe that bit of accountability sparks AJ to life as well.”

Sideline reporter Erin Andrews spoke to Sirianni about the incident at halftime.

She reported that the coach said, “Emotions run high, especially in the playoffs.

“Of course after this game we’ll go back to loving each other.”

Brown has cut a frustrated figure in Philadelphia at times this season.

The wide receiver’s production in 2025 has been below his usual high standards.

But Sunday’s incident with Sirianni was the biggest public show of frustration.
