When the pop superstar and Kansas City Chiefs tight end shared images of their romantic garden proposal on Tuesday, Aug. 26, food and beverage names lit up social media with cheeky responses to the couple’s big moment.
Starbucks poked fun at the timing of the announcement, which came the same day the coffee chain launched its fall menu — including the much-anticipated return of the Pumpkin Spice Latte.
“Are we supposed to keep talking about PSL like nothing happened???” read an Instagram post from the coffee chain shortly after the news broke.
